The interpretation:
Today I had a brake inspection done only to be presented with over $800 in repairs. The master cylinder has to be replaced, along with the rear brake cylinders, front rotors, and fluid (call me cheap but I now fully intend to do it myself with $150 in parts from the local parts store).
What the dream informed me approximately one week in advance was that a) the master cylinder was getting worse (becoming a safety issue in the last two days) b) the emergency brake was now suddenly going way too far out of adjustment and c) the rear cylinders were leaking (already known), now causing too much dust build up and wear and tear at the back of the vehicle.
This all sounds fairly irrelevant to most readers, but what it goes to show you is that if you pay close attention to your dreams they can definitely provide helpful information about what lies ahead. All you need to do is be open to and acknowledge dream symbolism and potential warnings when they occur. Whether they are about your health or finances, keep them in mind and see how they may or not be of use to you. Remind yourself before going to bed and think about your dreams immediately upon waking. Realize they may not always make full sense right away. The future is always open to change, but if you are more alert you can often work to change it in a more beneficial way. Remember that in the space of dreams time is instantaneous and fluid.
